Our aim for The Yoga Life Project is to reveal how the practice of yoga directly influences our emotional well-being, physical strength and mental stability off the mat by assisting our ability to gracefully navigate the ebb and flow of life. By engaging the practice and our lives from the inside out (as a means of better understanding and healing our emotions, mind and heart), our outer lives are positively transformed.
