Deborah combines her passion and love of yoga with her knowledge of body alignment and strength. As her own practice of yoga began to positively affect all aspects of her life, Deborah decided to continue her yoga journey as an instructor. She has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years. Deborah derives her wisdom and technique and blends various teachings from her study of Iyenger yoga, Kripalu yoga, Kundalini yoga Kali Ray Tri-yoga, Ana Forrest yoga and Ashtanga yoga.
Deborah’s goal is to create a safe, welcoming space for students to experience the freedom to discover their own inner peace, joy and self acceptance. You will leave her class feeling nurtured energized and ready to celebrate life!
