If you are new to yoga, or if you want to build your yoga at a slower pace, YogaStudio9’s two Beginner Yoga Courses are prefect for you. Level One is for complete yoga novices or to anyone who wants to do a more basic yoga class. Our Level Two Beginners Yoga is a bit more advanced but still designed for the beginner yoga student or those who want to advance at a slower pace. Please keep in mind that yoga is a personal journey, and the benefits you gain from yoga are not dependent on how “hard” the class is. Yoga is personal and you will develop and grow at your body’s pace.

Beginner Yoga Level One: Our Level One Beginner’s Yoga Series is a seven-day series each day is design to build on each other. This is a great start to anyone new to yoga. Please feel free to repeat any yoga classes as often as you like.

Beginner Yoga Level Two: This Beginner Yoga Series is a little more challenging. If you could do our Level One Beginner Yoga Series you will be OK with this yoga series. After you finish this series feel free to repeat any of the beginner yoga classes or any other class on our website. Just remember to honor your body and how your body feels, be careful of all your joints and do not stretch into any painful poses. HAVE FUN!
