Beginners Yoga: If you are new to yoga, or if you want to build your yoga at a slower pace, YogaStudio9’s two Beginner Yoga Courses are prefect for you. Level One is for complete yoga novices or to anyone who wants to do a more basic yoga class. Our Level Two Beginners Yoga is a bit more advanced but still designed for the beginner yoga student or those who want to advance at a slower pace. Please keep in mind that yoga is a personal journey, and the benefits you gain from yoga are not dependent on how “hard” the class is. Yoga is personal and you will develop and grow at your body’s pace.
