This restorative yoga pose opens the chest, relaxes the abdomen, and pelvis.  These areas can become restricted daily by how we sit and stand and even from our clothes.   You may experience a deep opening with the support of the props and the safety of your environment.  Your arms and legs are supported, giving you a feeling of being held.
Benefits: Those with high blood pressure and breathing problems.  Helps women during menstrual period and during menopause.
Do not practice if you experience discomfort in your neck, lower back or knees.
