Introduction to The Yoga Life Project

The YogaLife Project invites us into the state of eternal change, evolution, growth, reflection, observation and increased skill to "be with what is" without running or hiding or numbing.  These practices and convesations are a way of invesitaging Self, increasing our ability to experience discomfort without running from it, 'regulating' our nervous system (especially when we are triggered) and stepping into the courage to live with a fully open heart.  This video was recorded in 2014 and I have added another baby to my life and a few more years of sleep deprivation, bliss and awakenings.  Enjoy the ride.  Welcome to The YogaLife Project.
